Statements will be emails or given to parents/guardians fortnightly.
If fees are in arrears for more than 2 weeks, and no arrangements have been made
with the manager, your child’s space will be withdrawn.
Full fees will be charged for booked days that your child attends even if these fall on
public holidays.
If your child is absent due to sickness, full fees are charged.
Fees will be charged for any unavoidable closures of 2 days or less (e.g. earthquake,
snow etc.)
No fees will be charged is the centre is closed over the Christmas period.
Each child is entitled to 15 days holidays per calendar year, with 2 weeks’ notice, in
writing, 50% fees will be charged as a holding fee.
Should you fail to pay your fees and your child’s place is withdrawn, or when you
leave the centre, you will be liable for all additional costs incurred by the centre
collecting the outstanding fees.
Notice of withdrawal
Two weeks’ notice of intention to withdraw your child needs to be made to
management in writing by the person responsible for the account. Fees unpaid at
resignation date incur a further $25 administration fee and unpaid fees will be
referred promptly to Credit Collection Agency after all reasonable efforts have been
made with parents to obtain payment.
